            Delegates Pack and Hill move to amend the bill on page 5, section 20, line 113, by striking “and,”;

            And,

            On page 5, section 20, line 114, by inserting a new subdivision (11) to read as follows:

“(11) One individual who is deaf or hard of hearing; and,”

            And renumbering the remaining subdivision, accordingly.
